Users files not going recycle bin its permanently deleted.

hello,


name pankaj, have facing  critical issue on 1 of terminal server.


have multiple terminal servers , members of our domain, 1 terminal server have created problem.when users deleted files , folder not going recycle bin deleted permanently.


when have created new users or login administrator account working fine.


 this server 2008r2 standard 64 bit version.


please 1 me.

i'd check policy users.

user configuration \ administrative templates \ windows components \ windows explorer \ do not move deleted files recycle bin

RDS 2012 r2 collections show black screen and then close

greetings,   have deployed 2 server 2012 r2 rds session collections (each 2 rdsh servers, , both going through same gateway/broker server), , during testing had no issues, rolled production, our users have been experiencing black screens when attempting log in, , remote desktop window closes (no actual login performed).   seems happen intermittently, , on both collections @ different times.  thought had solved disabling use of udp in rdp clients, wasn't permanent fix.   looking @ event log of 1 of affected servers, there seems event id 36 generated @ every logon attempt following message: an error occurred when transitioning csrconnected in response evcsrinitialized.
