WSE2012 R2 vs Windows10 Pro... will connect but won't recognize OS...

have tried can think of short of fresh os install... can't server allow me 1 particular computer running windows 10 pro. "connect", n/a , shows server icon on dashboard.

updated both server , computer, disabled ipv6, pointed dns server, cleared dns cache, turned off malwarebytes, turned off defender, turned off firewall, skipdomainjoin, tried connector new user account in case had setting screwing up, deleted old computers off of active directory/dashboard 1 in particular... cough... many times... tried workgroup , manually joining domain... , added wmi filter , applied gpos:

select * win32_operatingsystem (version >= "6.1%" or version "10.%") , producttype = "1"

makes maddening have computer has windows 10 pro working flawlessly server...

don't know of , haven't read of else try... it's stupid i'm overlooking, don't see error in connector log?

any help, no matter how useless ends being, appreciated

my vote still compare services on 1 working , 1 not , make sure started. not have 3rd party av/firewall on offline client?

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
