Join a computer into my domain

i'm trying join xp computer (pc1) domain xyz.com, give me error: dns name not excist. errorcode: 0x000232b rcode_name_error)

pc1 is located in different subnet 2008 server dc. computers located in same subnet as the dc are able join domain.

futher can ping dc pc1

could point me in direction fix problem?

dc: ip 168.10.2.150/16; gw 168.10.2.251; dns 168.10.2.150, 127.0.0.1

pc1: ip 168.1.2.97/16; gw 168.1.2.250; dns 168.10.2.150

have checked nslookup command check whether domain name getting resolve or not xp machine.

firewall setting on client machine.

date , time of client machine should match dc.

telnet port status per below mentioned path:
