DCOM Errors Event ID 10010 Printing and Remote Desktop Issue

i running server 2012 deployment @ 1 of clients networked printers loaded onto server. had issue 1 of users unable print specific printer. when proceeded check on server side through remote desktop unable remote server. unfortunately during time did not record error because able physically gain access machine no problem. had restart server because of services server provided.

now after reboot , during down time went through event viewer , these 2 dcom errors kept repeating long time within 24 hour period. please see below dcom errors.

log name: system

source: distributedcom

event id: 10010

level: error

user: system

the server {73e709ea-5d93-4b2e-bbb0-99b7938da9e4} did not register dcom within required timeout.

the server {a677570a-2ba2-4e9a-b2e2-8a02cd8b4fd3} did not register dcom within required timeout.

now checked in registry sid's in brackets try narrow down.

the 73 had following parameters:

%systemroot%\syswow64\wbem\wmiprvse.exe

the a6 had following parameters

%systemroot%\system32\printisolationhost.exe

printsys.coprintisolationhost.1

now not sure caused issue. theories either possible print driver or not fixed in server 2012. after hours ended updating server 2012 latest windows updates thinking maybe microsoft had release type of fix. not super confident make server backbone because of issue printer locking , not being able remote desktop server until after reboot.  if has seen specific issue above mentioned dcom errors appreciated. have looked @ many technet articles , other postings, nothing seems point error.
