remote desktop services has taken long load user configuration server \\server.domain.com user administrator

this appears when gw in non-responsive state according time stamp......

i scanned viruses , nothing found (used malwarebytes). ideas?

a couple of other things noticed when gw in state: remoteapp never connects - it hangs forever without ever launching. dialog box appears saying connecting host, never gets further. in fact, appears crash unable cancel without using task manager force end process.

secondly, remote desktop gateway service not start. when @ service set automatic (delayed start). have manually start service. should set delayed start? found hotfix seems fixes 2 issues when running it, says not computer?

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3042843

i can't link of event logs issue events happen when gw responsive , working. have ideas?
