Remote Assist (MSRA) through a firewall?


i have requirement offer remote assist clients on client site firewall in-between.

as understand mrsa uses dynamic ephemeral ports. work need open firewall ephemeral ports.

first of all, correct far?

if so, not great idea open of these ports there way restrict ports used msra way can limit ports need opened on firewall.

>>>remote assistance uses remote desktop protocol (rdp) establish connection between user requesting , helper providing it. rdp uses tcp port 3389 connection. allow users within organization request outside organization using remote assistance, port 3389 must open @ firewall. prohibit users requesting outside organization, port should closed @ firewall.
