Unable to checkout GPO for edit. AGPM.


hello,

i've found i'm unable checkout controlled policy our dc.   receive following:

check out gpo: <policy name>...failed

the overall error was: check out operation failed. system cannot find file specified. (exception hresult: 0x80070002)

i able check out other policies, , security of intend policy correct can edit policy outside of change control remote gp management colsole.  i've attempted import policies ad , received following. 

import gpo production: <policy name>...succeeded, note following issues:

[gpmc warning] security principal [s-1-5-21-1373987595-491875059-1116685130-28568184] referenced in extension [software installation] cannot resolved, task continue. in future, can use migration table map or remove security principal.

details: no mapping between account names , security ids done.

not sure else issues , not many posts on subject out there.  assistance community appreciated!
