we seem getting runtime error rds web access page when has been left inactive period of time. event log message follows:

custom event details:

 

the framework/installation pretty vanilla no additional config done on web sites otherwise allow full error messages show on page.

the environment info 1 session broker , 2 rds hosts web access roles installed , dns rr load balanced. has encountered before?

from post, understanding on issue is: have trouble when accessing rd web access page. if misunderstand question, please feel free let me know.

 

based on search, issue may caused installing .net framework 2.0.

if issue persists, please help confirm following questions:

 

1. issue exist when use a different local machine to surf rds web access page?

 

2. issue exist when accessing administrative account?

 

3. can access rds web access page on local server via normal user and administrative account?

 

4. problem occur before? if not, did install software?
