The server side error is: 0x2098 Insufficient access rights to perform the operation, while adding a 2012 Member server to a 2008 R2 DC's maintained domain .

we have domain called test-companyname.com containing 3 dc namely xxx01 , xxx02 , xxx03 . these 3 machines belong 2008 r2 os . had add new dc domain 2012 r2 machine . 

in process have user part of domain / enterprise / schema admin whom trying promote 2012 r2 member server dc .

in last phase error - 

adprep execution failed - system.componentmodel.system32exception (0x80004005) 

in debug logs 

adprep log - if error "insufficient rights" (ldap error code 50), please make sure specified user has rights read/write objects in schema , configuration containers, or log off , log in user these rights , rerun forestprep. in cases, being member of both schema admins , enterprise admins sufficient run forestprep.

working on past 12 hours many teams unable find root cause .

according description, understanding failed promote new windows server 2012 r2 dc in exiting domain - adprep execution failed - system.componentmodel.system32exception (0x80004005).

please try create new user account, add domain / enterprise group, , try complete configuring , check result.

Failed to query the results of bpa xpath

0x300000d errors in Microsoft Remote Desktop client

we use rd connect home users office. @ server side remote desktop gateway configured on 2008r2 server. experience following:   for years worked fine, starting last year users apple macbook experienced connection errors after new version of microsoft remote desktop in app store , automatic update. after couple of weeks error disappaered when new updates released. since 6 8 weeks problem again. because don’t have macbook cannot reproduce problem.   starting couple of weeks samsung s6 experiencing problems, here version 8.1.37.135 installed, error displayed is: can’t connect tot remote pc because remote desktop gateway server temporaraily unavailable. try connecting later or contact network administrator assistance. error code  0x300000d   because has worked fine years expect issues on client can configuration error on gateway server.   who pin point real cause?   however, testing other rd gateway server works ok settings identically....
